Listen to some beautiful music while practicing your visual scanning skills with movement as part of vestibular & vision rehab.

Note: If the movement is too much, softly close your eyes & focus on the music, & then slowly re-open your eyes when you feel steady to try again.

You can watch this while lying in bed, sitting down, and later, while standing.

Great way to practice having walking-pace movement in space during not great weather & while limited to indoors.

Take these tips & try them on your own the next time you go out for a walk in your neighborhood!

Also makes relaxing & peaceful background music & moving screensaver while doing focused, task-based work, as well as when cleaning and doing chores around home.
